We partner with an architect or designer to bring your conceptual goal to a full set of constructible plans and specifications.
BUILD
Plans will be submitted to the municipality for permitting and upon approval we will work to bring your dream home to reality.
Dream
Discuss your vision, including needs, wants, and budget. This meeting ensures feasibility and initiates the overall design.

The Budget
Monthly General Conditions

Cost Plus Structure
Fixed percentage fee on the first $1M of hard construction costs/reduced percentage on incremental hard construction costs.
